JS Unitrade Merchandise, Inc. is seeking an Accounts Receivable / Accounting Assistant in Metro Manila to support daily financial operations, ensure accurate reporting, and maintain strong coordination with internal teams and distributors.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or related field, 1–2 years of AR or general accounting experience, and proficiency in Excel and accounting software. Detail-oriented and collaborative, you will handle reconciliations and reporting tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in Accounts Receivable or General Accounting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and reconciliation processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting systems.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and ensure timely distribution of approved Official Receipts to AR staff.
• Check Hanging Balance postings, identify discrepancies, and resolve items.
• Consolidate daily Itinerary Reports and PO Inventory for reporting.
• Prepare and analyze Hanging Balance Reports to monitor variances.
• Generate weekly Aging Reports and Collection Forecasts for cash flow.
• Prepare and maintain Sales Summary Reports for performance insights.
• Perform monthly Bank Reconciliation between records and statements.
• Develop and update Distributor Scorecards to evaluate performance.
• Prepare Credit Memos accurately with proper documentation and approval.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve billing, collection, and reconciliation issues.
• Ensure all reports conform to policies and accounting standards.
