Job summary

Brosnep Corporation is hiring an Accounting Assistant – Accounts Receivable to support billing, invoicing, and collections at our Makati office. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in accounting-related field and at least 1 year of AR experience.

The candidate will handle BIR-compliant invoices, reconcile accounts, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners. Join a company distributing Korean goods in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or a business/accounting-related course
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in Accounts Receivable, invoicing, billing, or general accounting
• Knowledge of BIR invoicing requirements and accounting documentation is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software

Responsibilities

• Process and issue BIR-compliant sales invoices and related documents
• Monitor customer accounts and follow up on outstanding receivables and collections
• Prepare and maintain sales, billing, and collection reports
• Record and reconcile customer payments
• Investigate and resolve billing and payment discrepancies
• Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation
• Coordinate with internal departments and external accounting partners regarding billing and collection matters
• Perform other related duties as assigned by Management
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Ability to maintain accurate records and handle accounting documentation
