The role focuses on managing large-scale accounts receivable, pursuing overdue payments, and reconciling receipts, while maintaining polite, professional customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts receivable, debt collection or bookkeeping.
• Ability to handle a high volume of customer accounts.
• Strong telephone and written communication skills.
• Professional yet persistent approach to debt collection.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience with bank reconciliations.
• Strong computer and email skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable across 5,000+ customer accounts.
• Proactively follow up overdue accounts and debts.
• Contact customers by phone and email regarding invoices.
• Allocate payments accurately within RM Live.
• Investigate payment discrepancies and account queries.
• Perform daily and regular bank reconciliations.
• Monitor aged receivables and escalate overdue accounts as needed.
• Provide copies of invoices, statements and documentation to customers.
• Maintain accurate customer account information.
• Assist with adjustments, credits and reconciliations.
• Work with management to resolve long-outstanding debts.
• Maintain notes of debt collection activity.
• Assist with filing, data entry and general office tasks.
