The ideal candidate will handle credit memos, reconcile customer payments, and prepare AR aging and VAT summaries, supporting management with clear, timely information.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts receivable processes.
• Knowledge of invoicing and credit notes.
• Strong communication with customers.

Responsibilities

• Oversees accounts receivable and ensures transactions follow policies.
• Monitors timely and accurate invoicing.
• Prepares, records and files credit memos.
• Records and applies collections; interfaces with customers on collection matters.
• Reconciles AR with customer payments and notes discrepancies.
• Prepares weekly AR aging schedule.
• Prepares consolidated AR report for management meetings.
• Monthly Sales Output VAT summary per customer and semi-annual reconciliation.
• Records quarterly EWT Alphalist.
