Job summary

PM Consulting is seeking an Accounts Receivable Officer to oversee billing and collections, ensuring accurate invoicing, timely payments, and strong receivables monitoring. The role leads the AR team and improves controls and reporting across the organization.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in AR/billing, CPA is a plus, and familiarity with SAP, Oracle or NetSuite. This is a fully onsite position in Makati, with a focus on process excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or related finance field.
• CPA license is an advantage.
• 3–5 years in accounts receivable, billing, and collections.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end billing process; ensure invoices are accurate and timely.
• Monitor receivables aging; manage collection plans and initiatives.
• Lead AR team; set priorities and monitor deliverables.
• Consolidate AR reports and provide updates on performance.
• Promote ERP usage and process improvements to increase efficiency.
