Job summary

The role involves billing, collections, CM processing, rebates, and sales return adjustments while coordinating with Sales and Service teams. Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in AR, strong Excel skills, and experience with CM processing, rebates, and account reconciliations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in ACCOUNTING/Finance or related field is required.
• 2–4 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, with exposure to deductions, credit memos, and reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Review and process dealer sales deduction claims.
• Monitor and update credit memo deductions and provisions.
• Handle rebate requests and coordinate with Sales and Service teams.
• Perform reconciliation of accounts and resolve pending deduction issues.
• Process sales returns and necessary adjustments.
• Maintain proper filing of CM documents for internal control.
• Prepare reports such as YTD net sales (net of discounts).
• Track and report weekly status of pending deductions and critical claims.
