Job summary

Jardine Service Centre in the Philippines is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable professional. You will evaluate customer credit, process orders, generate invoices, and manage reconciliations while ensuring data accuracy and timely responses to customer queries.

Candidates should have 1–2 years in a similar role, proficiency in Oracle or MS Dynamics 365, and strong Excel skills to support efficient AR operations and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1–2 years of work experience in a similar role.
• Experience with Oracle and/or MS Dynamics 365 ERP systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong communication and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate new customer credit and review existing customer credit.
• Complete sales order creation.
• Create and deliver invoices as per BU requests.
• Create debit/credit notes as per BU requests.
• Post receivable entries and reconcile Sub-Ledger to GL.
• Reconcile customer balance and produce reports.
• Issue balance confirmation and reminder letters.
• Manage cash receivables and unapplied cash.
• Handle customer queries.
• Validate customer documents for accuracy.
• Maintain customer master data accurately.
