Eagle Star Industrial Sales Corporation in Manila is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to manage Sales Invoices, aging, and monitoring to ensure timely collections. The role requires accurate recording, coordinating with clients, and maintaining AR records using MS Excel and the E-count system.

The successful candidate will handle bank-related tasks, update portal records, and support collections with integrity and confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• At least 1 year of work experience in accounts receivable, bookkeeping, or general accounting.
• Knowledgeable in invoice processing, accounts receivable monitoring, billing, and collection procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office; experience using accounting systems such as E-count is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and accurate in handling financial records and supporting documents.
• Good communication and coordination skills for client follow-ups and collection monitoring.
• Able to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality of financial information.

Responsabilidades

• Receive, review, and record Sales Invoices to ensure PO matches SI.
• Maintain and update the invoice Masterfile and AR aging records.
• Monitor payment due dates and outstanding balances.
• Prepare client Statements of Account (SOAs) and projected collection schedules.
• Coordinate collection receipts and Official Receipts; record Form 2307 documents.
• Update collection records in E-count and other monitoring files to ensure accurate payment tracking.
• Verify payments and coordinate with clients, sales agents, and concerned departments regarding collection concerns.
