Qualifications

• Working knowledge of NAV Accounting system and Microsoft Office.
• Good communication skills (written and verbal) and above-average MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Issue appropriate invoice billings to clients and apply VAT where applicable.
• Collate billable charges from departments and prepare billing documents per contracts.
• Verify Statements of Charges and supporting documents; dispatch invoices to clients.
• Follow up overdue receivables for assigned accounts.
• Post journal entries in the accounting system and assist in revenue reporting.
