Responsibilities

• Maintain up-to-date billing system and generate/send invoices.
• Follow-up, collect and allocate payments.
• Carry out billing, collection and reporting activities per deadlines; perform account reconciliation.
• Monitor customer accounts for non-payments and irregularities.
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Assist AP Officers and Accounting Associates as needed.
• Willing to travel when required.
