PH Global Jet Express is seeking an Accounting Associate (AR) to manage accounts receivable processes and support finance teams. The role emphasizes accuracy, timely invoicing, and cash flow control in a busy logistics environment.

The candidate will monitor receivables, apply payments, and assist with month-end closing while maintaining compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience in AR/AP or general accounting preferred.
• Experience in invoice processing, billing, collections, and reconciliation a plus.
• Experience in E-Commerce or Logistics is preferred.

• Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and on time.
• Monitor customer accounts and follow up on outstanding receivables.
• Record customer payments and apply to invoices.
• Reconcile AR balances and investigate billing discrepancies.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams on payment concerns.
