Job summary

J&T Express is seeking a Finance Associate – Accounts Receivable (AR) to support timely processing, monitoring, and reconciliation of customer accounts. You will handle invoicing, billing statements, and collections while ensuring accuracy of documents and records.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel and accounting software. Experience in e-commerce or logistics is a plus. Monday to Saturday range applies in some sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in Accounts Receivable, Finance, Accounting, or similar.
• Experience in billing, collections, payment processing, account reconciliation, or customer account management is advantageous.
• Experience in E-Commerce, Logistics, or fast-paced industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process and monitor customer invoices, billing statements, and other accounts receivable transactions.
• Prepare and issue invoices, billing statements, credit memos, and related documents.
• Verify accuracy and completeness of billing documents and supporting records.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on overdue accounts to ensure timely collection.
• Record customer payments and collections in the accounting system.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Handle customer inquiries via telephone, email, and other channels and resolve concerns promptly.
• Coordinate with internal departments and customers regarding billing and payments.
• Assist in preparing accounts receivable reports, aging reports, and collection reports.
• Assist with month-end closing activities, including reconciliation of AR balances.
• Support cash management activities by monitoring collections and recording received payments.
• Maintain updated historical records of customer accounts and documents.
