Job summary

NORDE INTERNATIONAL DISTRIBUTORS is looking for an Accounts Receivable Assistant to help ensure timely collections and accurate aging of receivables. You will process invoices, monitor outstanding balances, and liaise with customers and internal teams to resolve issues.

The role requires at least six months of accounting exposure; fresh graduates are welcome to apply. The position offers exposure to ERP systems and a structured finance environment in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance and Accounting or any related field.
• With at least six (6) months of experience handling Accounts Receivable or General Accounting Function.

An Accounts Receivable Assistant ensures timely and complete collection of customer payments and vendor rebates by efficiently managing invoices and accounts receivable, meeting KPIs and deadlines, completing assigned tasks, preparing required reports, and adhering to company guidelines and core values.
