Job summary

Asticom Technology Inc. in Quezon City is seeking a Finance/Accounting graduate to monitor and manage Accounts Receivable (A/R) transactions and collections on-site.

The role involves dispatching confirmations to dealers, sending billing statements, and performing reconciliation to resolve discrepancies. Requirements include at least 6 months of daily collection monitoring and experience with Field Collectors.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage Accounts Receivable (A/R) transactions and collections.

• Prepare and send Billing Statements / Statements of Account (SOA) to dealers.
• Perform account reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare and maintain Daily Collection Reports.
• Process requests for payment posting.
• Monitor and track sales invoice countering and related transactions.
