Job summary

Inmar Intelligence, based in Mexico, is seeking an A/R Administrator to perform detailed account analysis and reconcile unapplied cash for our pharmacy clients. The role requires professional fluency in English and office-based work in Mexico.

You will review unapplied cash, research remittances, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate client service, while adhering to HIPAA policies and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of related work experience or equivalent.
• Proficient with Microsoft Windows and Google Office Suite.
• Competent in Microsoft Excel and Adobe.

Responsibilities

• Review unapplied cash and escalate unresolved issues to meet deadlines.
• Document efforts to resolve unapplied cash both internally and externally.
• Research and request missing remittance via portals or contact payer for remittance.
• Process remittance to create payment batches and resolve batch exceptions.
• Perform trending analysis of unapplied cash and provide actionable recommendations.
