Job summary

Cre8tive Corporate Solutions in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Accounts & Payroll Specialist to support an Australian client with AP, AR, payroll, and general finance administration. This is a work-from-home role with a Monday to Friday schedule.

The successful candidate will handle invoices, payments, reconciliations, payroll processing, and employee records while maintaining accurate financial documentation and compliance with client requirements.

Qualifications

We are looking for an experienced Accounts & Payroll Specialist to support an Australian client with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, payroll, and general finance administration.

Position: Accounts & Payroll Specialist

Client: Australian Client

Work Setup: Work From Home

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Shift: 5:30 AM - 2:30 PM Manila Time

Key Responsibilities

• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Process invoices, payments, and account reconciliations
• Maintain accurate financial records
• Assist with payroll processing
• Maintain payroll and employee records
• Add new staff into the client's system
• Assist with basic onboarding and employee setup
• Support general finance and administrative tasks
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions

System Used

• Levesys

Experience with similar systems such as Workbench, Buildsoft, simPRO, or other accounting/construction ERP systems is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Payroll experience is highly preferred
• Experience working with an Australian or international client is an advantage
• Previous experience with a construction company is preferred but not required
• Familiarity with construction-related accounting or ERP systems is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
• Good understanding of accounting and payroll processes
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Willing to learn new systems and processes
• Must have a reliable internet connection and suitable work-from-home setup
