Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in end-to-end AP processes.
• Experience with invoice posting, issue resolution, and payments.
• Solid knowledge of AP Open Items, GR/IR, Direct Debit, accruals.
• Hands-on experience with SAP and Oracle ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Review open and aging invoices; process payments.
• Identify invoice issues and coordinate resolution.
• Reconcile Pending Payment Exceptions and AP Open Items.
• Handle reconciliations involving Direct Debit, Debit Balance, GR/IR, accruals.
• Generate AP reports and communicate with stakeholders.
• Support clean-up of aged AP items and outstanding transactions.
• Review and resolve Procure4You tickets.
