This on-site role in Pasay oversees daily AP operations, reviews invoices, and ensures timely payments while maintaining accurate coding and compliance.

The ideal candidate will have strong supervisory skills, solid accounting knowledge, and proficiency with MS Excel and ERP systems.

Solid finance and accounting knowledge, including accruals and journal entries.

Mansioni

Oversee daily accounts payable operations and supervise the AP team.
Review and approve invoices and payment runs with proper coding and timely processing.
Reconcile vendor statements and monitor accruals; post related journal entries.
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Analyze AP reports and support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to resolve discrepancies and drive process improvements.
