Responsibilities

• Invoice Processing and Verification: Review and validate invoices for accuracy and compliance.
• Payment Processing and Reconciliation: Process payments and reconcile supplier statements.
• Supplier Relationship Management: Collaborate with procurement to resolve PO/invoice issues.
• Financial Reporting and Analysis: Assist with aging reports, accruals, and month/year-end closings.
• Compliance and Internal Controls: Uphold internal controls and policies.
• Systems and Process Enhancements: Leverage ERP to streamline AP tasks and suggest automations.
