Qualifications

• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Knowledge of financial reconciliation processes, including bank and accounts payable/receivable.
• Experience in raising invoices (≥50 daily), matching purchase orders, and processing requisitions.

Responsibilities

• Review and processing of bulk invoices in the financial system.
• Create Purchase Orders.
• Answer supplier queries and reconcile supplier statements.
• Perform 3-way matching and ensure accuracy of postings.
• Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to resolve issues.
