Job summary

SC Johnson Philippines ROHQ is seeking an Accounts Payable professional to manage day-to-day AP transactions, ensure accurate posting in SAP, and resolve invoice discrepancies. The role supports multiple entities and vendors while adhering to corporate controls.

The ideal candidate has an accounting qualification and solid Excel skills, with exposure to SAP preferred. Onsite work in Makati with potential remote flexibility after probation may apply.

Qualifications

• Accounting or bookkeeping qualification or working toward one.
• Experience with enterprise systems, preferably SAP.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Verify, classify and record accounts payable data in SAP for multiple entities and vendors.
• Verify and investigate invoice discrepancies for assigned vendors.
• Analyze workflows for Invoice Exception and ensure timely posting.
• Ensure compliance with SOAR control framework and policies.
• Identify and implement improvements in Invoice Processing and Resolution.
• Update and maintain the Invoice Processing and Resolution Playbook.
