Emerson Japan, Ltd. is seeking an Accounts Payable professional to join our finance team in Manila. You will support payable transactions, audit employee expense claims, and reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and timely processing.

You will approve or reject expense claims, assist with audit requirements, and communicate findings to employees and approvers. A 12-month fixed-term contract is offered with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years in Accounts Payable with reconciliation experience.
• Experience auditing employee expense claims.
• Experience handling vendor or employee inquiries.
• Experience with external and internal audits.

Responsabilités

• Audit employee expense claims according to company policies.
• Approve or reject expense claims based on audit results.
• Assist with auditing requirements.
• Handle escalations and inquiries from employees.
