Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of accounting or finance experience; new graduates welcome.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Motivated, reliable, accurate, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices accurately and timely in line with company policies.
• Code invoices to correct general ledger accounts and cost centers.
• Communicate with vendors and internal teams to resolve inquiries.
• Validate information before submission to Vendor Master Data Team.
• Reconcile vendor statements and assist with AP month-end close.
• Support audits by providing required records and clarifications.
