Job summary

Acquire Intelligence, a global outsourcing leader, seeks an Accounts Payable Officer in the Philippines (Pasig). You will process invoices, reimbursements, and ensure proper documentation, while adhering to company policy.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years AP experience, SAP/NetSuite familiarity, advanced Excel skills, and BPO/shared services exposure; multinational experience is a plus. Grow with internal promotions in a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Accounts Payable
• Relevant accounting or finance qualification
• Experience in BPO/Shared Services
• SAP/NetSuite familiarity preferred
• Excellent English communication
• Advanced Excel and MS Office skills

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices accurately and timely
• Perform three-way match of PO, goods receipt and invoice
• Vendor statement reconciliations and variance resolution
• Answer inquiries and escalate to AP lead as needed
• Archive and retrieve AP documentation per policy
