Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounts Payable.
• Bank and AP reconciliations.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Experience with accounting systems such as NetSuite.

Responsibilities

• AP and Expense Claims Processing.
• Support inhouse AP officer to manage daily invoice recording including transaction upload, coding, approvals, reconciliations.
• Ensure all items in the AP mailbox are reviewed and actioned promptly.
• Support end-to-end corporate card process including transaction upload, coding, approvals, reconciliations.
• Support daily reconciliation of bank transactions, including payments and internal fund transfers.
• Identify opportunities to improve AP processes and reporting efficiency.
