Qualifications

• BS Accountancy graduate.
• At least 1 year of accounts payable experience.
• Proficient with accounting software and spreadsheets.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Amenable to work on-site from Monday to Friday in Makati City.

Responsibilities

• Process and record accounts payable invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports in a timely manner.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure accurate coding and allocation of expenses to the appropriate accounts.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and provide financial information.
• Maintain a strong understanding of accounting policies and procedures.
• Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and automation.
