Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint, and Word). SAP knowledge or experience is a plus.
• Organized and with great attention to detail.
• Professional oral and written communication skills

• Excellent team player with strong work ethics.

Responsibilities

• Verify transactions comply with the company's financial policies and procedures.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of payments to vendors.
• Review vendors' statements of account and respond to inquiries.
• Ensure accuracy of journal entries for accruals when no invoice is received.
• Support audits and ad hoc requests.
• Perform aging analysis for items not paid within the normal cycle.
• Participate in process improvement within the group.
