Qualifications

• SAP knowledge or experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Verify transactions comply with the company’s policies and procedures.
• Ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors.
• Review vendors’ statements and respond to inquiries.
• Ensure accuracy of journal entries for accruals when no invoice is received.
• Support ad hoc and scheduled audit requests.
• Perform aging analysis for items not paid within the normal cycle.
• Participate in process improvement activities within the group.
