Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in accounts payable, invoicing, or general accounting is an advantage but not required.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and accounts payable processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with ERP or accounting software is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process and verify supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and completeness of supporting documents.
• Match invoices with purchase orders and receiving reports before payment processing.
• Prepare payment requests and ensure timely processing of vendor payments.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve invoice discrepancies in coordination with suppliers and internal departments.
• Maintain accurate accounts payable records and ensure proper filing of financial documents.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities, including accounts payable reconciliations.
• Monitor outstanding payables and ensure compliance with company policies and payment terms.
• Support the Finance team with ad hoc accounting and administrative tasks as required.
