Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• CPA license required; fresh graduates with CPA license are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Receives bills and ensures documentation per company policies on bills payment and monitors bills status for on-time payment.
• Ensures completeness of billing documents in accordance with Petron manuals on Payables Accounting.
• Checks validity of the transaction via three-way matching of documents from requisition to delivery receipt.
• Ensures that the billings are duly approved consistent with the General Resolution of approval limits.
