Lendi Group is a market-leading digital platform focused on revolutionising the property journey. The role reports to the Senior Manager, Payroll and Accounts Payable, overseeing end-to-end AP and AR services across supplier and customer accounts.

The role entails processing invoices, reconciling accounts, maintaining mailboxes, and supporting system enhancements as the organisation grows into an AI-native function. Hybrid work with in-office monthly presence in Makati.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• Strong understanding of general accounting principles, particularly AP.
• Highly organized with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficient in MS Office (especially MS Excel) and accounting software/databases.
• Fresh graduates with a passion for accounting and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Aufgaben

• Accounts Payable: Manage supplier accounts and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate supplier onboarding and updates per company policies.
• Review, validate and process supplier invoices within agreed timeframes.
• Support bank reconciliation and supplier payment runs.
• Maintain and monitor the AP mailbox and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Accounts Receivable: Respond to enquiries, issue invoices and credit notes as needed.
• Prepare aged debt reports and assist with reconciliations.
• Handle ad-hoc AP/AR tasks as required.
