IPH Limited is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist (Night Shift) to join our Finance Team in the Philippines. This role suits a motivated, organized professional who handles high volumes and repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.

You will code and enter vendor invoices, reconcile statements, process payments, and collaborate with Accounts Receivable while maintaining accuracy and strong attention to detail. Night shift hours are 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM PH time.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• At least 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong attention to detail and proactive approach.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

• Monitor and replenish deposit accounts.
• Review vendor statements of account and investigate outstanding items.
• Respond to vendor inquiries.

• Complete subledger reconciliations to the general ledger.
• Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with colleagues.
• Other duties necessary to support the Finance team.

We are currently looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist (Night Shift) to join our Finance Team.

Timing: 9.00 PM - 6.00 AM (Philippines Time) with 1 hour break

What You'll Do

• Code and enter vendor invoices
• Reconcile and enter credit card statements
• Work with Accounts Receivable to issue client refunds

What You'll Bring

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and/or Finance, or related fields.
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant work experience
• Strong MS Office skills including Outlook, Excel and Word - Proficiency with Excel should include Pivot tables, Formulas, etc.
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Great attention to detail, highly motivated and proactive
• Strong oral and written communications skills
