Prestige Homes & Realty Development Corporation in Davao City is seeking an Accounts Payable Associate to ensure complete payables documentation and timely processing of payments. You will monitor due dates and prepare documents, track disbursement checks, and coordinate with suppliers on balances and undelivered items.

The role requires a degree in Accountancy or Accounting Technology, solid grounding in basic accounting principles, and at least 6 months of related experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Accountancy or Accounting Technology.
• 0or1:Knowledgeable of basic accounting principles.
• At least 6 months of related field experience.
• Keen attention to details, can handle pressure, flexible and trainable.
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of accounting systems or software preferred.

Responsabilités

• Ensure completeness of documents of payables prior to processing of payments (e.g., purchase orders, charge invoices, receiving reports, delivery receipts and Statement of Accounts, Request for Funds).
• Monitors due dates of accounts payable and prepares them for processing based on duly approved supporting documents.
• Monitoring of checks for disbursements.
• Coordinate and reconcile with the purchaser regarding balances and undelivered items from suppliers.
