Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or related field.
• 6+ years of work experience in end-to-end Accounts Payables operations (invoice posting, payments, issue resolution, reporting, reconciliation).

Responsibilities

• Process Expertise: Serve as the go-to expert on Accounts Payable, systems, and best practices.
• System Knowledge: Troubleshoot issues and enhance user experience within AP systems across ERPs.
• Training and Support: Develop and deliver training on AP processes and systems; act as a resource for questions.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness of AP processes.
• Driving Problem-Solving Sessions: Lead 3C/RCA sessions to address operational challenges and implement countermeasures.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with procurement, finance, and IT to align AP with business goals.
• Issue Resolution: Facilitate resolution and timely communications across departments.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain procedures, configurations, and generate performance reports.
