Job summary

BMG Outsourcing Inc. in the Philippines seeks an Accounts Assistant to manage AP/AR, invoice processing, reconciliations and general accounting across multiple entities.

The role offers a hybrid work setup, Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM (PH time), with a salary range of PHP 50,000 to 55,000 per month.

You will coordinate payments, supplier and customer onboarding, and support month-end close while maintaining accurate financial records and compliance with internal controls.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years' experience in Accounts Payable or Bookkeeping.
• Experience with reconciliations, bank reconciliations and month-end close.
• Experience across multiple entities within a group.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable for grouped entities.
• Manage Accounts Receivable including onboarding and monthly statements.
• Process and reconcile credit card transactions and project costing.
• Support month-end close and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Provide financial reporting and process improvement input.
