Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking an Accounts Payable Officer to manage day-to-day AP activities on site in Manila. You will handle invoicing, coding, reconciliations, and vendor records while collaborating with procurement, site managers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely payments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience in a medium to large organisation.
• Experience processing supplier invoices, payment runs, reconciliations, and AP ageing.
• Experience using XFlow and D365 Finance is highly desirable.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, and process supplier invoices using XFlow and D365 Finance.
• Code invoices to cost centres, projects, and account lines.
• Maintain vendor records in D365 and monitor approval workflows.
• Respond to supplier queries and resolve invoice/payment issues promptly.
