Job summary

Lexmark Research & Development Corporation, now part of Xerox, is seeking an Accounts Payable professional in Cebu, Philippines. You will process vendor invoices, respond to inquiries, and support month-end close in a hybrid work environment.

You will contribute to automation, identify improvement opportunities, and own assigned AP processes across teams. We offer training, a supportive environment, and compensation based on experience. Occasional overtime and holiday pay may apply.

Qualifications

• College degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a structured, deadline-driven environment.
• Experience with AP processes or systems (SAP/Oracle/Concur) is a plus.
• English required; other languages a plus.
• Entry-level (no AP experience required) and Intermediate (3+ years) roles.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices - data entry
• Respond to invoice inquiries
• Investigate and correct invoices
• Support the month-end close
• Drive automation and process improvements in AP
• Own assigned processes and identify root causes
