Job summary

Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to drive end-to-end AP processes within our growing finance team in the Philippines.

You will process invoices and payments, reconcile vendor statements, and maintain accurate records while collaborating with internal stakeholders and leveraging SAP and Concur to ensure data integrity and timely cash flow. This role emphasizes attention to detail, SLA adherence, and proactive problem-solving to support business partners.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in accounts payable or officer role.
• Experience with SAP programs is highly desirable.
• Concur experience is a plus.
• Accounting degree or relevant qualification.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Team player and good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices and purchase orders accurately and timely.
• Verify and reconcile vendor statements.
• Resolve issues and discrepancies with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare and process payment runs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of accounts payable transactions.
• Create Concur expense claims and match expenses.
• Ensure SLAs are followed for expenses and reporting.

KEY SKILLS:

In this role, you will be working with one of Australia's largest civil engineering & construction companies. Working alongside the internal finance team, you will be responsible for ensuring accuracy and data integrity is kept to the highest of standard with internal expense claims through Concur SAP.

• Create Concur expense claims
• Match expenses
• Ensuring SLA's and process if followed through to completion for expenses
• Provide data and insights through accurate data management for costings functionality across the business
• Other adhoc duties as required

Qualifications and Requirements

• A minimum 1-2 years of experience in an accounts payable / officer role
• Experience with SAP programs is extremely desirable
  • Concur experience is an added plus
• An accounting degree or relevant
• Comfortable with routine and repetition while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Team player
• Great communication skills
