Brainbox is seeking an AP Officer in Pampanga to manage vendor invoicing, payment processing, and AP/AR activities for an Australian real estate client. The role emphasizes accuracy, timely reconciliations, and compliance with company policies.

You will handle invoice processing, vendor communications, and month-end close, ensuring proper documentation and audit-ready records. On-site work at our Pampanga office is required, with opportunities for growth and training.

Qualifications

• Experience with AP/AR processes and accounting standards.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• AP invoicing, payments, vendor reconciliation and reporting.

Responsabilités

• Receive, verify, and process invoices in a timely manner.
• Monitor vendor accounts to ensure payments are on time.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain documentation for AP transactions and audit readiness.
• Process payments (checks, wire transfers, online).
• Assist month-end closing and account reconciliations.
• Prepare financial reports for management (AP/AR).
• Manage VPA finalisation for properties under offer.
