Job summary

Tasq Staffing Solutions is seeking an Accounts Payable Lead for its Cebu operations. The role will oversee vendor master data and AP processes, ensuring accurate processing and timely payments in a fast-paced BPO setting.

The ideal candidate has 6–10 years in accounts payable, strong VMD experience, and prior leadership of offshore or distributed teams. Onsite IT Park Cebu, night shift schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in commerce, accounting, finance, business administration, or related discipline.
• 6 to 10 years of experience in Accounts Payable operations.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of people management experience.
• Strong experience in Vendor Master Data Management (VMD).
• Experience in a BPO / Shared Services / Global Business Services environment.
• Experience managing offshore, remote, or geographically distributed teams.
• Experience working closely with customers and client stakeholders.
• Experience managing operational transitions or process transformations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Vendor Master Data and Accounts Payable operations to ensure service delivery.
• Monitor daily operational performance, productivity, quality, SLA adherence, and backlog management.
• Drive operational governance, issue resolution, risk mitigation, and process improvements.
