Job summary

Quanta Paper Corporation is seeking a capable Accounts Payable supervisor to oversee daily AP operations across multiple entities. You will manage workload distribution, ensure accurate batch processing, and resolve discrepancies in collaboration with internal teams and vendors.

The role requires 3+ years in AP, supervisory experience, and knowledge of VAT and EWT. Proficiency in SAP B1 and MS Office is beneficial; attention to detail and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or related field.
• At least 3 years in Accounts Payable or related accounting functions.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of full AP cycle and basic tax (VAT, EWT).

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day Accounts Payable operations and workload distribution
• Review and validate batches for accuracy and resolve discrepancies
• Coordinate with internal departments and vendors to address billing and payment issues
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of payment batches
• Prepare schedules, reconciliations, accruals and audit requirements
