Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Lead to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Accounts Payable operations, Vendor Master Data Management, and people leadership within a BPO, Shared Services, or Global Business Services environment.

You will be responsible for leading AP operations, managing team performance, partnering with clients and stakeholders, and supporting process improvement and transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in Accounts Payable operations.
• 2–3 years of people management experience.
• Strong experience in Vendor Master Data Management (VMD).
• Experience in a BPO, Shared Services, or Global Business Services environment.
• Experience managing offshore, remote, or geographically distributed teams.
• Proven experience working closely with customers and client stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing operational transitions, service stabilization, or process transformation initiatives is highly preferred

• Previous experience in a BPO, Shared Services, or Global Business Services environment

• Experience managing offshore, remote, or geographically distributed teams

• Proven experience working closely with customers and client stakeholders

• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

• Experience managing operational transitions, service stabilization, or process transformation initiatives is highly preferred
