Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines seeks an Accounts Payable Lead for a 100% onsite role in Cebu City (Cebu IT Park). Night shift, ASAP start, lead AP operations in a BPO setting for Market project.

The ideal candidate will have 6–10 years in AP, 2–3 years people leadership, and strong Vendor Master Data Management experience, plus proven ability to manage offshore or geographically distributed teams and work with client stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• 6 to 10 years of experience in Accounts Payable operations.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of people management experience.
• Strong experience in Vendor Master Data Management (VMD).
• Prior experience in a BPO / Shared Services / Global Business Services environment.
• Experience managing offshore, remote, or geographically distributed teams.
• Demonstrated experience working closely with customers and client stakeholders.
• Experience managing operational transitions, service stabilization, or process transformation initiatives is preferred
