Job summary

The ideal candidate will bring 6–10 years in AP, 2–3 years in people management, and strong Vendor Master Data Management experience within a BPO/SS/GBS environment, including offshore teams. Collaboration with customers and client stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in commerce, accounting, finance, business administration, or related field.
• 6–10 years of experience in accounts payable operations.
• Minimum 2–3 years of people management experience.
• Strong experience in Vendor Master Data Management (VMD).
• BPO / Shared Services / Global Business Services experience.
• Experience managing offshore, remote, or distributed teams.
• Proven ability to work with customers and client stakeholders.
• Experience leading operational transitions or process improvements preferred.

• Prior experience in a BPO / Shared Services / Global Business Services environment.
• Experience managing offshore, remote, or geographically distributed teams.
• Demonstrated experience working closely with customers and client stakeholders.
• Experience managing operational transitions, service stabilization, or process transformation initiatives is preferred
