Job summary

Xerox Philippines is seeking an experienced Invoice Entry Manager to lead a high-volume Accounts Payable team focused on invoice entry and processing. You will provide day-to-day leadership, ensure service levels, and drive process improvements in a global shared services environment.

You will develop team capabilities, maintain internal controls, and ensure accurate, timely delivery of AP services while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and supporting a 3rd shift schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Previous Accounts Payable experience required.
• Managerial or supervisory experience in a BPO/shared services/global business services environment preferred.
• Experience leading teams in a high-volume, deadline-driven operations environment.
• Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable operations, invoice entry, and processing.
• Leadership, coaching, and people-management skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• English proficiency required.
• Willingness to work on a 3rd shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop team members to achieve operational, quality, productivity, and individual performance goals.
• Provide day-to-day leadership and oversight for invoice entry and Accounts Payable operations.
• Monitor team performance, productivity, quality metrics, and KPIs.
• Ensure deliverables are completed accurately within SLAs.
• Manage escalations and identify root causes for corrective actions.
• Adhere to Accounts Payable processes, controls, and procedures.
• Identify opportunities to improve processing efficiency and accuracy.
• Drive process improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve concerns and maintain service quality.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and development of team members.
