Job summary

Xerox Philippines is seeking a Senior Accounts Payable Operations Manager to provide senior-level leadership and operational oversight of AP activities. You will lead teams to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant AP processes within a global/shared services environment.

The role requires steering day-to-day AP operations, driving improvements, monitoring performance, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to meet business requirements and service expectations.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of managerial experience in Accounts Payable.
• Experience in a BPO/shared services environment is preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and people-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for Accounts Payable activities.
• Coach and develop AP teams to meet service levels and SLAs.
• Monitor performance, ensure timely deliverables, and address escalations.
• Drive process improvement, automation, and efficiency initiatives.
• Collaborate with finance and cross-functional teams to align requirements.
