Job summary

Business Process Outsourcing International, Inc. is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Manager in Quezon City. You will lead the AP function, ensure accurate processing of invoices, and manage vendor relationships with a focus on policy compliance and timely payments.

You will oversee reconciliations, month‑end close, and internal controls while driving process improvements. A strong background in ERP systems and advanced Excel is essential, along with leadership skills to coach and develop

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, Accounting Technology, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–5 years in Accounts Payable, with team supervision experience.
• Strong knowledge of AP operations, controls, and best practices.
• Experience with invoice review, three‑way matching, vendor reconciliations, and month‑end closing.
• Proficiency in SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, QuickBooks, or similar ERP systems.
• Advanced Excel skills for data management and reporting.
• Proven leadership and coaching abilities.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage the overall Accounts Payable function with timely processing of invoices and reimbursements.
• Validate and approve AP transactions ensuring policy compliance and controls.
• Serve as the primary contact for vendors, resolving payment issues promptly.
• Oversee vendor account reconciliations and assist month‑end/year‑end closings.
• Monitor internal controls and regulatory compliance to protect financial records integrity.
• Prepare AP reports and dashboards to drive efficiency and improvements.
• Lead and develop the AP team through coaching and training.
• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, and other units to optimize workflows.
