Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, CPA or equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of Accounts Payable experience with team leadership exposure.
• Strong knowledge of AP processes, controls, and BIR compliance.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel/Reporting tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full Accounts Payable cycle including invoice validation, posting, and payment processing.
• Lead the daily payable function and ensure timely payments in line with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Support month-end and year-end close, reconcile supplier, crew and employee payables.
• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and maintain relationships.
• Maintain vendor master data and assist in cash management and liquidity planning.
• Ensure compliance with BIR requirements and coordinate with auditors and tax advisors.
• Provide coaching and KPI monitoring to develop a high-performing AP team.
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives within AP.
