Job summary

Jardine Service Centre Philippines is seeking an experienced Finance Team Lead – Accounts Payable to oversee vendor invoice processing, payments and reconciliations. You will manage a team of AP specialists, ensure accuracy, timeliness and compliance with company policies and controls.

The role requires strong P2P knowledge, ERP proficiency (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite), and the ability to drive process improvements and automation in a fast-paced shared services environment in Metro Manila.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 5–7 years in Accounts Payable with 2+ years in a team lead role.
• Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes and controls.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite) and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage AP team to ensure timely processing of invoices and payments.
• Oversee invoice validation, matching, posting, and payment runs.
• Monitor AP aging, reconcile balances, and maintain vendor master data.
• Support month-end close, accruals, and AP-related reporting.
• Drive process improvements and automation in collaboration with IT.
