Accounts Payable Intern
This is a hands‑on learning opportunity where you will assist with daily AP operations, data reconciliation, and financial reporting while gaining real‑world corporate experience in a fast‑paced environment.
Assist with end-to-end processing of vendor invoices (PO and Non‑PO) and employee expense transactions.
Help organize, maintain, and update financial records and vendor master data.
Support the AP team in generating daily and weekly reporting dashboards.
Assist in reconciling accounts, checking payment discrepancies, and filing financial documents.
Participate in departmental projects and process improvement initiatives.
Education: Currently taking up a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management Accounting, or related business courses.
Requirements: Must need to render a required number of OJT/internship hours.
Skills:
Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace, particularly MS Excel / Google Sheets (formulas, basic pivot tables).
Strong attention to detail with high accuracy in data entry.
